A: At this time tours are managed through the Coldwell Banker TGRE team, not the property management office. Final lease agreement can be coordinated afterwards 


Day-to-Day Management

Q: Who manages the Cotton Exchange Apartments after I move in?
A: Once youre a resident, daily operations are managed by our professional property management team at 2101 Church Street and The Federal Bank Building.

Q: Who do I contact for maintenance or support as a resident?
A: After move-in, youll work directly with the management team, who will provide access to a resident portal and service line for maintenance, rent payments, and community support.

A: The Cotton Exchange offers 19 one- and two-bedroom lofts and 2 exclusive penthouse residences with private patios and stunning views.

Q: Are the apartments pet-friendly?
